PERSONALITY-based Study Tips | Tools for Better Grades

In this video, I go over how to determine your personality, the strengths and weaknesses of personality types, and most importantly how to be a more effective student and get better grades with each personality type. Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies are a powerful way to characterize personalities. Unlike Myers Briggs, Enneagram, StrengthsFinder, and others, the Tendency Personalities are based on the simple concept of inner and outer expectations, and simply describe when you do and do not act. Understanding the nuances of your personality type can allow you to optimize your strengths and work around your weaknesses. You’ll also learn how to deal with people who have different personality tendencies than you!
